the Plan

the above is the elevation. it will have a brick band. the peaks are cedar finish which will match in with my garage door and front door. also added finnials to jazz it up. the render will be manhattan which is lightish brown

the plan is through aussie living called the manly but i have added an alfresco and heavily upgraded pretty much everything to make it a classy 3x2

the selections for the kitchen have taken months of procrastination but really happy with the final decision of
kickboards - pewter - formica
cupboards - alaskan natural finish (laminex) laid on the horizontal
tops - silver shadow velour finish - formica
all the electircal has been upgraded to 900mm techniqa
will have a glass splashback most likely the one displayed which is called tungstan but that doesnt happen till after we have the keys




the laundry feature tile has to be different to the main bathroom as i got a discontined line and i dont have enough for both




the selections for the main bathroom are
stringybark natural finish (laminex)cupboards
stipple hemp flint finish (laminex) tops

these laminates are also in the laundry

the feature tiles are by rocersa they are spanish and i love em!
i went for starlight tops flint finish(laminex)
and zincworks natural finish (laminex)
