hi all
well this is my first building experience and im super excited about it!
im building a 3bed 2 bath home in new haven a gorgeous suburb about 25-30mins from perth centre.
i put an offer on my block way back in october 2009 and finally my titles are only 2 weeks away (after a 2month delay)
